Job Description
As a Full-Cycle Sales Director, this role will operate as a high-impact individual contributor, developing and executing sales strategies targeted toward club directors, recruiting coordinators, and coaches. By owning the full-cycle sales process end-to-end, this position will build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and close B2B SaaS new business.

Requirements

  • Owning the entire sales process: initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, close
  • Developing strategic business partnerships with club directors
  • Understanding our user’s needs and communicating our value effectively
  • Representing SportsRecruits at national tournaments and conventions
  • Executing tactical work including product demos and managing internal processes through our tech stack
