Role OverviewTDK InvenSense is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 6-month assignment supporting US-based hiring. The Recruiter will independently manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates through interview coordination, hiring decisions, and offer acceptance.
What You Will Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned US-based positions, partner with hiring managers, source and engage candidates, review applications, conduct initial screening interviews, manage requisitions, coordinate interviews, and extend approved offers.

- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience managing requisitions and candidate workflows in an applicant tracking system
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Clear communication and the ability to lead hiring discussions
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential candidate and compensation information
