Role OverviewThe Full Stack Developer (AI-Native) plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support and administration for the company's loan origination system and its integrations. This position demands a solid understanding of the loan origination workflow and the various operational roles involved in it. By equipping users with the necessary tools and insights, they empower them to excel in their responsibilities through the effective utilization of mortgage applications.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining internal and partner-facing applications, developing front-end and back-end services, building AI-powered features, implementing role-based access control, and writing tested code. Additionally, the developer will design and maintain integrations between internal systems, the loan origination system, and third-party platforms, and support the applications and automations owned by this position and the team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience building and shipping web applications, or equivalent demonstrable project experience. They should be able to explain how something built works and why the choices were made, not just that it runs. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping web applications
- Fluency with AI coding assistants
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Hands-on React experience
- Back-end API experience in at least one of Node.js, C#, or Python
- Working SQL and relational schema design
- Git and pull-request workflows
- Clear written and spoken communication across technical and business teams
