Job Description

Ignite IT is seeking a full-stack developer to join a team working on a dynamic modernization program. The role involves designing and implementing custom software and database applications, collaborating with a team, and contributing to release planning. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, customer-focused, and possess strong communication skills. US citizenship is a requirement.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship and federal public trust clearance
College degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years of experience with Java or Python
Experience with Hibernate, Spring boot, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, JSON, Web Services, Maven, Junit, and shell
3+ years’ experience with modern Web frameworks (React.js, Vue, Angular, etc.)
3+ years’ experience with microservices (Kubernetes/ECS)
Experience with Kafka
Experience with AWS, Azure, Google (preferred)
Object oriented design and development (OODD) expertise
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) expertise
Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team
Highly responsible and team-oriented with strong work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
