Role Overview

We're looking for a marketer who will own how the market discovers, trusts, and chooses Dossier, a competency management platform for U.S. hospitals and health systems. The full stack marketing role has two halves: the engine (technical, build-it-yourself machinery of modern marketing) and the story (customer proof, category narrative, brand).

What You Will Do

You'll own running the website end to end, pipeline programs, AI workflows, customer proof, category voice, brand in practice, U.S. events and webinars, and shipping yourself as a B2B SaaS operator.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You'll be a good fit if you're AI-native, know HubSpot cold, can make AI engines cite you, and have turned customers into proof. Bonus points for Webflow depth, Magnet / Joint Commission familiarity, and prior category-creation or rebrand at a SaaS company.
