Role OverviewThe Full Stack Principal Application Developer will collaborate with teammates to develop, enhance, and support multiple applications across the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of application development concepts, standards, and best practices to identify and deliver effective solutions. The successful candidate will work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

The primary responsibilities of the Full Stack Principal Application Developer include collaborating with teammates, working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), communicating ideas clearly with stakeholders, and building a foundational understanding of business processes behind each solution.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate oral/written communication skills, and proficiency in analysis and problem-solving. Experience with relational database management systems, agile software development, and CI/CD is preferred.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience
- Front-end development experience with modern frameworks, such as Typescript (Angular, React, or similar), CSS (Bootstrap, Font Awesome, or similar), JavaScript (AngularJS, jQuery, or similar)
- Back-end development experience with technologies and frameworks such as: Java, Python, .Net, MVC Frameworks, ORM's Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit or similar)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
