Role OverviewWe're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to own backend and frontend development in Clara's Collections squad. You'll build features end-to-end — from data models and APIs to the interfaces our customers and internal teams use. This is a high-ownership role: you won't wait for a ticket to tell you what to do; you'll identify gaps, propose solutions, and ship.
What You Will Do
Design and implement backend services in Java + Spring Boot, with a focus on financial flows (payments, collections, reconciliation). Build and maintain frontend interfaces in React + TypeScript — you're comfortable owning a feature across both layers. Model data and manage PostgreSQL and Redis for transactional and caching needs. Work with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar) in a distributed microservices environment.
