Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently, building confidence, and experiencing meaningful moments every day. What You Will Do
Help individuals live independently, shop, cook, and manage daily routines, get to appointments and community activities, build confidence and life skills, and experience new opportunities and meaningful moments. Support medication administration and health-related needs, complete electronic documentation and service notes, assist with household routines and daily living activities, and respond to behavioral or emergency situations.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs
- Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Willingness to complete required training and certifications
