Full Time - Loader/Cart Associate - Opening

The Loader/Cart Associate is responsible for providing SMART customer service, assisting customers with locating and loading merchandise, and maintaining in-stock conditions. The role involves using power equipment and store technology safely and effectively, and communicating stock and product information to customers. The Loader role also involves serving as a visible extension of the Pro Desk, proactively engaging Pro customers, and ensuring Pro Standards are maintained in the parking lot and under the Pro canopy.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Loader/Cart Associate include providing customer service, assisting with loading and staging merchandise, and maintaining in-stock conditions. The role also involves operating store equipment, communicating stock and product information to customers, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
