Job Description
Lead the team responsible for maintaining world-class standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational flow in the culinary support areas of the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas.
Requirements
Certification: Current and valid Riverside County Food Handler’s Certificate is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory-level experience within a high-volume Stewarding or culinary support environment.
Leadership Acumen: Proven capability to independently lead, direct, and manage a team effectively in the absence of the Stewarding Manager.
Communication & Precision: Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and accurately execute complex written and verbal instructions with precise detail.
Physical Demands: Must possess the physical stamina and strength necessary to lift, push, and pull moderate weight and traverse long distances across the property throughout a shift.
Mobility: A valid, active Driver's License with a clean driving record (no incidents) over the last three (3) years.
Operational Skill: Demonstrated skill in operating resort vehicles, specifically a golf cart with a trailer attachment.
