Job Description
Provides service and care to residents in a timely and efficient manner, assisting with Activities of Daily Living, recognizing and reporting changes in condition, and effectively communicating with residents and staff.
Requirements
Current certification as a nursing assistant or successful completion of certified home health aide or homemaker/personal care homemaker training program
High school education preferred
Demonstrates proficiency in reading and understanding Resident Care Service Plans, understanding advanced directives and end-of-life care, and working knowledge of state regulations and Benchmark Standards and Practices
