Role OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager, you'll assist in creating a team environment that fosters inclusivity and positive connections. You'll support the Store Manager by directing and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.
What You Will Do
In partnership with the Store Manager, you'll ensure the store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals. You'll provide leadership around running an operationally sound business, help recruit and develop top talent, and support the Store Manager in implementing merchandise strategies.
