Role OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager, you'll assist in creating a team environment that fosters inclusivity and positive connections. You'll support the Store Manager by directing and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.
What You Will Do
In this role, you'll provide leadership around running an operationally sound business, recruit and develop top talent, set an example for The Torrid Connection, and maintain an effective line of communication with Store Manager and District Manager.

- At least six months of specialty/apparel retail management experience
