Role OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager, you'll assist in creating a team environment that fosters inclusivity and positive connections, supporting the Store Manager in achieving store objectives and KPI goals.
What You Will Do
You'll provide leadership, recruit and develop top talent, set an example for The Torrid Connection, and maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
