Requirements

Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities
Manage schedules and develop operational action plans
Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team
Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
Monitor the competitive environment and inform the direct leader regarding necessary adjustments
Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
Assist with achieving the store payroll and total loss budget
