Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing operational action plans. You will also identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

Requirements

  • Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Monitor the competitive environment and inform the direct leader of necessary adjustments
  • Provide product feedback and recommendations
  • Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
  • Communicate information to direct leader and ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures
  • Identify and rectify hazards, maintain store cleanliness standards, and ensure proper stock levels
  • Merchandise product neatly, ensure product quality and freshness, and supervise direct reports

Benefits

  • Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour
