Job Description
Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day store activities and developing operational action plans.

Requirements

  • Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports
  • Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Monitors the competitive environment and informs the direct leader regarding necessary adjustments
  • Provides product feedback and recommendations
  • Participates in the interviewing process for store personnel
  • Communicates information to store personnel
  • Ensures store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and policies
  • Identifies and rectifies hazards and maintains store equipment
  • Maintains store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
  • Assists the direct leader with maintaining proper stock levels and merchandising product
  • Ensures the quality and freshness of products for sale and accuracy of product signage
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of their team
  • Ensures direct reports complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner
  • Complies with all established company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
