Job Description
Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day store activities and developing operational action plans.
Requirements
Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports
Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
Monitors the competitive environment and informs the direct leader regarding necessary adjustments
Provides product feedback and recommendations
Participates in the interviewing process for store personnel
Communicates information to store personnel
Ensures store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and policies
Identifies and rectifies hazards and maintains store equipment
Maintains store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
Assists the direct leader with maintaining proper stock levels and merchandising product
Ensures the quality and freshness of products for sale and accuracy of product signage
Supervises the day-to-day operations of their team
Ensures direct reports complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner
Complies with all established company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
