Requirements

  • Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance performance
  • Monitor the competitive environment and inform the direct leader regarding necessary adjustments
  • Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
  • Identify and rectify hazards and maintain store equipment in proper working order
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
  • Assist the direct leader with achieving the store payroll and total loss budget
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure direct reports complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner
