Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans.
Requirements
Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
Monitors the competitive environment within the community
Participates in the interviewing process for store personnel
Ensures store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and cash control policies
Maintains store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
Assists the direct leader with achieving the store payroll and total loss budget
Supervises the day-to-day operations of their team
