Job Description
Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day store activities and developing operational action plans. Assist in training and developing the team, and identify opportunities to improve overall store performance.

Requirements

  • Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Monitors the competitive environment and informs the direct leader regarding necessary adjustments
  • Provides product feedback and makes recommendations for new or discontinued items
  • Participates in the interviewing process for store personnel
  • Ensures store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and cash control policies
  • Ensures proper ergonomics and maintains store equipment
  • Maintains store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
  • Assists with maintaining proper stock levels through product ordering
  • Merchandises product neatly to maximize sales
  • Ensures the quality and freshness of products for sale
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of their team
  • Complies with all established company policies and procedures
