Job Description
Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on key store management responsibilities including supervising day-to-day store activities and developing operational action plans. Assist with managing schedules, training opportunities, and overall store performance.

Requirements

  • Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Monitor the competitive environment and inform the direct leader regarding necessary adjustments
  • Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
  • Communicate information regarding team milestones, developments, and concerns
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and cash control policies
  • Identify and rectify hazards and maintain store equipment in proper working order
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
  • Assist the direct leader with maintaining proper stock levels and achieving the store payroll and total loss budget
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure direct reports complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner
