Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager at ALDI, you'll assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing operational action plans. You'll work with a team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized store.

Requirements

  • Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports
  • Monitors the competitive environment and informs the direct leader regarding adjustments necessary to maintain the company's competitive position
  • Provides product feedback to the direct leader and recommends new items to carry or those that should be discontinued
  • Ensures store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines to minimize losses
  • Identifies and rectifies hazards and maintains store equipment in proper working order
  • Maintains store cleanliness standards and proper store signage at all times
