Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, manage schedules, and develop operational action plans to improve store performance.

Requirements

  • Assist direct leader with developing and implementing action plans
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Monitor competitive environment and inform direct leader of necessary adjustments
  • Provide product feedback and recommendations
  • Participate in interviewing process for store personnel
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and policies
  • Identify and rectify hazards and maintain store equipment
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
  • Assist with achieving store payroll and total loss budget
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of direct reports
