Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

Requirements

  • Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Monitor the competitive environment and inform the direct leader of necessary adjustments
  • Provide product feedback and recommendations
  • Participate in interviewing process for store personnel
  • Communicate information to direct reports
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and policies
  • Ensure an appropriate resolution of operational customer concerns
  • Identify and rectify hazards, maintain store equipment and cleanliness standards
