Requirements

  • Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Communicate information regarding weekly activities, team milestones, and customer concerns
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and cash control policies
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of their team and escalate issues when necessary
