Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans.

Requirements

  • Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Communicate company strategy and core values to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees
  • Monitor the competitive environment within the community and inform the direct leader regarding necessary adjustments
  • Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and cash control policies
  • Identify and rectify hazards, ensuring proper ergonomics and maintaining store equipment
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
  • Assist the direct leader with maintaining proper stock levels and achieving the store payroll and total loss budget
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of their team and ensure direct reports complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner
