Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

Requirements

  • Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports
  • Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Communicates information to store personnel, including weekly updates and major team milestones
  • Ensures store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
  • Maintains store cleanliness standards and proper store signage at all times
  • Assists the direct leader with maintaining proper stock levels and training new employees

Benefits

  • Average starting wage: $25.50 per hour
  • Wage increase in Year 2: $26.50 per hour
