Requirements

  • Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities
  • Manage schedules
  • Develop operational action plans
  • Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team
  • Provide product feedback to the direct leader
  • Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
  • Assist with maintaining proper stock levels through appropriate product ordering
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of their team
  • Ensure direct reports complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner

Benefits

  • Starting wage: $26.00 per hour
