Job Description
When you join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you'll take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day store activities and developing operational action plans.

Requirements

  • Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Monitor the competitive environment and inform the direct leader regarding necessary adjustments
  • Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and cash control policies
  • Identify and rectify hazards, maintain store equipment, and ensure store cleanliness standards
  • Assist the direct leader with achieving the store payroll and total loss budget
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of their team and ensure direct reports complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner
