Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Requirements

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
• Monitor the competitive environment within the community
• Provide product feedback to the direct leader
• Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
• Communicate information to direct reports
• Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
• Resolve operational customer concerns in the direct leader's absence
• Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
• Assist the direct leader with maintaining proper stock levels
• Merchandise product neatly to maximize sales
• Ensure the quality and freshness of products for sale and accuracy of product signage
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of their team
• Comply with all established company policies and procedures
