  • Participates in the interviewing process for store personnel
  • Ensures store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and cash control policies
  • Identifies and rectifies hazards and maintains store cleanliness standards
  • Assists the direct leader with maintaining proper stock levels and achieving store payroll and total loss budget
