Job Description
When you join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll take on key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day store activities and developing operational action plans to improve store performance.

Requirements

  • Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
  • Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
  • Communicate information to direct leader and team members
  • Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper store signage
  • Assist direct leader with maintaining proper stock levels and merchandising product
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of team and ensure direct reports complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner
