Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Resident Assistant for 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) at our Florence, Kentucky community. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, home health, memory care, or healthcare environments who value teamwork, structure, and resident-centered care.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one (1) year related health care experience required
Certification in CPR and first aid preferred or as required by the state
May be a Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) depending on the state requirements
