  • Promote the Scheels Visa card
  • Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of the day
  • Maintain a clean working environment and personal work space
  • Engage in conversation with customers
  • Maintain a professional appearance on the sales floor
  • Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Demonstrates strong communication, organization, attention to detail and problem solving skills
