Role OverviewBenchmark at South Farms is hiring a Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 1st Shift (7a-3p) and 2nd Shift (3p-11p) with an Every Other weekend rotation. The role involves delivering care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support using customer service skills.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license. Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required, and experience with dementia is desired.
