Role OverviewThe Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store's community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities, and delivering a world-class guest experience. They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant and influential community partners. The Community Specialist also collaborates with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Community Specialist include collaborating with store leadership, establishing and managing local key relationships, engaging with the local community, connecting with guests on the floor, attending and supporting local and regional Community events, and reviewing community relevant business data and metrics.
