Role OverviewSupport commercial lending personnel by tracking financial statements of commercial loan customers and reviewing any outstanding items required. This role involves maintaining credit files, maintaining various tracking systems and spreadsheets, and helping ensure credit policies are followed to minimize financial risk while supporting business growth.
What You Will Do
Request and track current financial statements and tax returns from our current customers, prepare agenda and update various reports reviewed at each weekly Officer's Loan Committee, perform Quality Control Checklists, maintain complete and accurate electronic ‘credit files’ in Synergy and Metriciti, and respond to credit inquiries/verifications on commercial customers.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- one (1) year of customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Bachelor's Degree in business-related major preferred
