Role OverviewThe role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide outstanding service to Bank clients while performing account transactions. The successful candidate will demonstrate customer service skills, communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy, organization and time-management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, professionalism and dependability, ability to maintain confidentiality, and ability to work collaboratively with others.
What You Will Do
Process routine customer transactions, maintain cash drawer, act as a resource to identify and resolve client servicing issues, build client rapport, provide excellent client service, and address client issues or concerns.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- basic math and computer skills
- ability to work 2-3 Saturdays a month
