Job Description
The Director of Project Management oversees high-level strategic initiatives/projects, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration, IT infrastructure deployments and or reorganization, and capital construction projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, specifically managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Construction Management, IT, or engineering; Master's degree/MBA is preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting/forecasting), strategic planning, risk management, and vendor management.
  • Effective communication skills, including listening, communication, and collaboration with many people.
  • Leadership skills, including motivating others to complete projects according to budgets, schedules, and standards.
  • Problem-solving skills, including finding solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to juggle several projects at a time, often with conflicting schedules.
  • Flexibility in handling issues that threaten project goals.
  • Validated ability to maintain positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, facility personnel, internal and external clients.
