Job Description
Full Time Field Service Technician – Portland, Maine. Responsibilities include re-stocking and performing routine service on kiosks, performing on-call repairs, and monitoring machines in territory daily.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred)
  • Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations, and customer service (preferred)
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (preferred)
  • Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English to include technical ‘jargon’
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to always represent Hillman professionally
  • Ability to work weekends when required
