Job Description
Full Time Field Service Technician – Cincinnati, OH (Region Floater Position) in the Robotics and Digital Solutions (RDS) Division of The Hillman Group. Train on key duplicating (Minute Key), tag engraving (Quick Tag) kiosks as well as 3rd party service (Eco-ATM, Pokémon).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred)
  • Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service (preferred)
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (preferred)
  • Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems
