Job Description
The Carpenter Hotel is looking for a Front Desk Agent who loves people and provides great hospitality. As the first and last impression of the hotel, you'll set the tone for every guest experience. The role involves handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and providing recommendations to guests.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Six (6) months related experience in hospitality or service industry
  • Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace
  • Ability to understand other computer programs (i.e. Property Management System)
