Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Heathman Hotel Kirkland. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for efficiently handling guest check-in and check-out processes, resolving guest issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, making the day for our incredible guests. The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality or customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • MAST Card required
  • Unexpired WA State Driver's License or able to obtain one within 30 days
