Role OverviewAs a Guest Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role combines front desk responsibilities, patient support, and service excellence.
What You Will Do
Greet patients and guests warmly while providing exceptional customer service, answer patient questions, manage patient registration, promote and educate patients about available services, and maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
