Job Description
Perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks with a strong emphasis on carpentry, masonry, roofing, siding, and general building upkeep. Ensure facilities, structures, and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred
  • 2-5+ years of experience in general maintenance with strong carpentry, masonry, roofing, and siding skills
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems required
  • Ability to read blueprints, sketches, or work orders is a plus
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
