Role OverviewThe Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative, business and other operational activities such as HR, payroll, scheduling direct service staff and resolving client issues in conjunction with the Branch Manager or Agency Director.
What You Will Do
Create and manage caregiver schedules, ensure uninterrupted service, conduct monthly wellness calls and in-home visits, supervise and motivate direct service employees, and maintain a professional office environment.
