Role OverviewThe Janitor is responsible for the care and cleaning of common areas, community grounds, vacant apartments, and office spaces to enhance and maintain the property's appeal. The Janitor will also assist the rest of the staff in managing the property efficiently.
What You Will Do
The Janitor will conduct daily walks of the property, remove litter, clean storage areas, pool area, and restrooms, and perform various cleaning tasks to maintain the property's cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

- Knowledgeable in the use of various cleaning products & equipment.
- Required to handle cleaning chemicals.
- Must be familiar with safe handling, storage, and mixing of chemicals per the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
