Job Description
The Kitchen Assistant I assists the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Formal culinary training preferred
  • 1–3 years of culinary production experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
