Role OverviewAs the Full-Time Maintenance & Facilities Technician, you will help create a welcoming, person-centered resident experience while ensuring the community remains safe, clean, and fully operational. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can prioritize effectively, adapt to changing needs, and exercise sound judgment.
What You Will Do
Perform comprehensive building maintenance, complete custodial and groundskeeping duties, conduct regular inspections, and support overall facility operations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of general building maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting to 50 lbs.
