The role involves troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems, as well as maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with experience in various trades and a strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
What You Will Do
Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment and hot/cold appliances. Perform preventative maintenance and routine facility inspections.

Requirements
- Previous professional maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general mechanics
- Experience maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment
- HVAC licensing/certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous private club or hotel experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays based on Club needs
